Served starter:

Home-made Skeaghanore duck liver and thyme pate with sweet chilli jam

Union Hall smoked salmon, beetroot and horseradish salad
Homemade Glebe ravioli with mixed herb and ricotta served with a sage butter


 Served Main course (parties under 70 people):

Roast rack of lamb served with dauphinoise potatoes, purple kale and and a fresh mint sauce

Pan fried fillet of plaice with a caper and lemon butter served with roast beetroot and garden greens

Roasted fillet of cod on a bed of chick peas, lemon zest, capers, parsley and roast peppers

Roast aubergine stack with Toonsbridge halloumi cheese and tomatoes


Main course Buffet:

Roasted strip loin of beef, honey roasted ham,
Baked hake fillets, a wide selection of fresh salads, rosemary roasted
potatoes, roasted squash, pickles and chutneys


A choice of 2 desserts (we have a large selection to choose from, including, for example:

Chocolate Mouse Cake, Roast Hazelnut Meringue served with fresh local strawberries and cream)




We have a selection of European wines to choose from or a the option of paying corkage if you would like to bring your own. We serve a cork brewed lager and ale by the bottle or Heineken and Murphy's on tap. We also have Kinsale cider or good old fashioned Bulmers.
