Come and enjoy a glass of wine in the beautiful surroundings of Glebe’s amphitheatre. At this interactive event we will feast on local seafood that has been cooking over hot stones underneath the ground. Sample an array of foraged seaweeds, organic salads and breads. As you learn a little bit more about the uses of seaweed and the various ways they can be prepared, help unwrap the delicious feast cooking underground and kick back and enjoying your plate of food.
