* With all of our menus we aim to use as much produce
from our organic gardens. All of the foods we source outside of
the Glebe are organic, fair trade and local and we pride ourselves
on supporting local farmers and fisheries first.
* All food waste is used on the garden and all organic materials
are composted. We recycle as much other waste as possible by using
the council collection or taking it to the local recycling depot.
The water we use here at the Glebe is heated by solar, so lets pray
for a sunny summer!
* It is our aim to make sure that our products and services do not
cost the earth.
